Boss Up — The App

Delete Your Boss Up Account

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This page explains how to delete your account and data for Boss Up — The App.

Boss Up — The App is owned by Kurot LLC, which is responsible for your account and data. The app is developed and distributed by Path & Pace LLC. You can delete your account directly in the app, or request deletion by email without opening the app. Both options remove your account and the personal data tied to it.

Delete your account in the app

This is the fastest way, and it takes effect right away.

  1. Open Boss Up — The App and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete account.
  3. If you haven't signed in recently, you'll be asked to re-enter your password. This is a quick security check to confirm it's really you.
  4. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted immediately.

This can't be undone. Once you confirm, your login and profile data are permanently removed.

Request deletion without the app

You don't need the app to delete your account. Email us and we'll take care of it.

Send your request to support@path-and-pace.com from the email address on your account. We use that to verify the request is yours, then permanently delete your account and its associated data.

What gets deleted, what stays, and how long it takes

Deleted from our servers

Stays on your device

Some things live only on your phone, not on our servers. Deleting your account doesn't touch them — remove them by deleting the app:

Timing and retention

When your account is deleted, your active data is removed from our systems right away. We don't keep separate copies of our own — any residual data lives only in the routine backups kept by our infrastructure provider, Google Firebase, and is purged on Google's standard backup schedule. We may keep a limited amount of information only where the law requires it, or to prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.

Want to remove only your synced data?

If you'd like to clear your cloud data but keep your account, you don't have to delete anything. In the app, go to Settings and turn off data sharing. That purges your synced profile and reading data from our servers while your account stays active.
